Hi, I’m Ariana.
Growing up, I was shackled by fear of being seen, of being raw and imperfect, and ultimately, of the wildness of my feminine heart. I perceived my creativity to be non-existent, and felt that being emotionless and wholly composed was equivalent to being “worthy” and “safe”.
Little did I know that these wounds were guiding me to my path as a feminine energetics mentor.
Through my own transformative healing journey, training and immersing in transpersonal psychology, somatics, shadow work, and ritual, I offer a unique and deeply embodied approach—one that bridges the science of the mind and body, with the mystery and magic of the heart and soul. As the founder of Liberated Essence, my mission is to support women like you in revealing your radiant soul essence, to be truly free and deeply nourished in your life.
