Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Ariana.
Growing up, I was shackled by fear of being seen, of losing control and of the raw sensitivity of my heart. I perceived my creativity to be non-existent, and felt that being emotionless and wholly composed was equivalent to being “worthy” and “safe”.
Little did I know that these wounds were guiding me to my path as a coach and mentor.
Through my own transformative healing journey, training and immersion in transpersonal psychology, somatics, shadow work, and ritual, I offer a unique and deeply embodied approach—one that bridges the science of the mind and body, with the mystery and magic of the heart and soul. As the founder of Liberated Essence, my mission is to awaken people to the gift of their full, radiant expression, as a bridge to the juicy aliveness of an authentic life.

An initial "blueprint session" of 90 minutes where we create a map for our journey.
