Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Ariana.
Growing up, I was shackled by fear of being seen, of losing control and of the raw sensitivity of my feminine heart. I perceived my creativity to be non-existent, and felt that being emotionless and wholly composed was equivalent to being “worthy” and “safe”.
Little did I know that these wounds were guiding me to my path as a feminine awakening mentor.
Through my own transformative healing journey, training and immersion in transpersonal psychology, somatics, shadow work, and ritual, I offer a unique and deeply embodied approach—one that bridges the science of the mind and body, with the mystery and magic of the heart and soul. As the founder of Liberated Essence, my mission is to support women like you in awakening your radiant feminine nature, to be truly alive and deeply nourished in your life.
I’m honored to guide you through the 1:1 Awaken Mentorship journey, where together, we’ll unlock the codes of your liberated feminine nature.

What You Will RECEIVE
Your mentorship experience is intentionally designed to support you in the deepest, most transformative way possible. Here’s what you can expect:
12 Weekly Sessions
We’ll meet on Zoom for 60-minute sessions, with our first roadmap session lasting 90 minutes to set the foundation for our work together.
3-Month Commitment
Beginning with an initial 3-month journey, we will have the option to renew for further work as you continue your journey of discovery and embodiment.
Ongoing Support
Receive text and voice note support between sessions via WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage to feel held and carry the threads of your becoming from session to session.
Comprehensive Resources:
After each session, you’ll receive detailed overview notes and support-work items to help you integrate and embody the breakthroughs we uncover together. Your healing deepens as you live and breathe this work in your daily life.
Session Recordings
All sessions are recorded, giving you lifetime access to revisit your breakthroughs as desired.
