Ariana is a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Lead Facilitator at Psychospiritual Institute, and Certified Vitalist Herbalist devoted to the art of feminine soul work. She has been in the field of guiding since 2019, and continues to deepen her roots in this work as a teacher and mentor in the field of Transpersonal Psychology.

 

Founder of Liberated Essence, she guides women through threshold moments of their lives—those seasons of feeling lost, underlined by a fierce longing to come home to themselves.

Drawing from her Persian lineage, and her path as a mother, wife, dancer, herbalist, and facilitator, Ariana creates unique and sacred spaces where women can soften, unravel old conditioning, and reconnect to the wisdom of their body, emotions, and intuition. Her work blends somatic practice, ritual, and deep psychospiritual processes to help women integrate primal wounds and reclaim the medicine of their true feminine nature.
