Liberated Essence is a space for deeply-feeling, highly-intuitive women who are tired of forcing themselves to be low-maintenance.
What I’ve found is that these women are dominated by fear of being “too much,” and hide behind a put-together mask, until they erupt in overwhelm or sink into a heavy depression that dims their light.
They long to feel that every aspect of their feminine nature is welcomed—their intensity, softness, desire, and cyclical waves, that none of it lessens their value or worth. They believe the problem is their lack of discipline, or that they aren’t working hard enough on their spiritual growth—that if they can master their hearts and tone down their needs, they’ll finally be worthy of love.
The real issue is that they’ve mistaken their feminine gifts for flaws. The work I facilitate helps women learn how to reclaim and revere their emotional depth, intuition, and cyclical nature as sources of wisdom—and build a life that honors them.
